SIAR & PARTNERS is a New Delhi based consultancy firm formed by Kunal Sinha. A multi-disciplinary team of experienced & enthusiastic Architects, Planners, Interior Designers, and Strategists with international experiences have come together with a common goal of making our client’s world a better place to Live, Work and Play by offering our services in the field of Architecture, Planning Strategies & Urban Design, Landscaping, Interior Design and Industrial product design.
Our office and team works in the environment that cultivate collaboration and encourage designers from all disciplines to work together, share ideas and engage in design conversations, bringing to life a creative energy that inspires the designs buildings and the experiences.

Kunal Sinha

The firm was started by Kunal in late 2016, driven by a dream of designing buildings that positively impacts lives of its user and inhabitants and a vision to create vibrant workplace where young talents are nurtured and encouraged to push the limits of their imagination.
His idea of architecture is that every building and space designed should be able to communicate with the occupants and be progressive in ways that it interacts with the subconscious mind of the users.

Mr. Kapre has been our guide, mentor and an advisor since the inception of our firm. We are collaborating with Mathur and Kapre Associates on numerous projects.
With an experience of over 40 years in the field of Architecture, he is credited with design of many high value projects of national importance executed all over India. AIIMS Jodhpur to name one which was the 2nd AIIMS built in India after 50 years of AIIMS at Delhi.
VIJAY RAJ DEOPA
Partner
Vijay is an Architect from Kumaon region of Uttarakhand, he brings with him knowledge and experience of unique architecture style of the hills, blending traditional architecture with contemporary requirements, maintaining a bond with nature and socio-economic culture by use of vernacular material, considerate planning. He is presently responsible for our ongoing projects in Uttarakhand. He has previously worked at Central Building Research Institute, Roorkee A premier Research & Development organization promoting building science and technology in India.
Varun Sachdev
Partner
Varun's passion for architecture and creative talent led him to work with few of the biggest architectural firms in India where he gained experience in handling large scale architectural projects from conceptualization to implementation. After working for 6 years as an Architect on projects of various genre, he has joined Siar & Partners as a Partner and is responsible for project management i.e. design and delivery with profitability of projects without compromising on quality. Participate and collaborate in the design process. Generate and Supervise drawings & all related documentation to ensure delivery milestones and execution of projects.
